“The silver watcher of night…A silent protector of fright.”
Today’s photo challenge is nighttime. I cannot seem to capture the stars – yet, mind you – with my camera, so I chose to use the moon. I adore the moon! Every night I find myself watching out for his silent decent in the skies. I always seem to know when it is waxing and waning, and even spot him in the daytime sky through some of his cycle. I have come to know the moon as “the watcher of the night” and feel a sad restlessness when it rises in the daytime sky rather than the night.
